Each service is subject to separate agreements or proposals between the client and InfluenceAura.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

  • You will use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requested.

  • Not use the website to post, transmit, or share harmful or unauthorized content.

  • Refrain from activities that may disrupt or damage the website or our systems.

  • Respect the rights of other users, brands, and influencers.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Client Agreements

All campaign details, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be outlined in a separate written agreement or contract between the client and InfluenceAura.
These individual agreements will override any conflicting terms stated on this page.

5. Payments & Billing

Payment terms, fees, and schedules are defined in each client’s service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments must be made in full before campaign initiation.

  • Campaign work will not commence without confirmation of payment.

  • Refunds are not provided once work has begun, except in cases of verified non-performance as defined by contract.

6. Influencer Partnerships

InfluenceAura acts as an intermediary between brands and influencers.
While we ensure careful selection and management, we are not responsible for:

  • Influencer content performance or audience response.

  • Delays, errors, or non-compliance by the influencer outside the agreed deliverables.

  • Any direct agreements or private communications between clients and influencers outside our platform.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, graphics, visuals, logos, and other materials on this website are owned or licensed by InfluenceAura.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any website content without our prior written consent.

Campaign content created in collaboration with influencers may be subject to additional ownership terms defined in each project agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding campaign details, pricing, strategies, and other sensitive business information unless otherwise permitted in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

InfluenceAura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
While we strive for the best outcomes, we do not guarantee specific engagement or sales results, as these depend on multiple external factors.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service or campaign at our discretion if a client violates these Terms or acts in bad faith.
All pending fees and dues must be settled immediately upon termination.

11. Modifications to Terms

InfluenceAura reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
The updated version will always be available on this page with the revised date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
